This is a quick diet food with hints of Mediterranean cuisine. And most importantly, it is universal - it can go as a side dish, delicious on its own or as a complement to spaghetti
Pour into a pan of olive oil, heat the pan, put the zucchini and salt. From the salt the zucchini will give the juice, which extinguish (I lid not closed, because it is very soft zucchini I don't like). After 7-10 minutes, generously sprinkle the zucchini with a mixture of spices (the name is not important, just for color are to be put thyme, oregano, rosemary and anything else Italian, Mediterranean). Here you can close the lid and reduce the heat. After 3-5 minutes the dish is ready!
