Quiche with bacon, cheese and arugula
"QUICHE" (FR. ) is a dish of French cuisine, an open pie with a base of shortcrust or puff pastry and various fillings vegetable or fruit, and fish, meat or mushroom with the addition of eggs, cream and cheese (usually "GRUYERE"). As a rule, every housewife prepares this cake on its own, so I will share with you one of the most common recipes of cooking in Switzerland.

  • Shortbread dough

  • Chicken egg

  • Cream

    100 g

  • Brisket

    100 g

  • Mozzarella

    100 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Arugula

    20 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

Roll out dough ( on the website a lot of recipes of dough, so I will not linger on this), spread the dough on the baking tray lined with baking sheet; pierce dough with fork in several places (which would not have bubbled up when cooked) with mustard.
