I wanted something tasty for dinner, without extra costs... here is the result of my search in the fridge, "I was blinded him from what was..."
Ingredients

Minced chicken
0.5 kg

So... in minced meat add soaked in milk bread, onion finely chop or grate on grater (I Ter), add salt and egg. Knead the whole mass as usual for cutlets. Wet the palm with water, take a bit of stuffing, mash into a flapjack. Put a triangle of processed cheese.
Carefully close up, check that there were no holes. If necessary, put a patch :)
Can just fry, you can roll in flour. I purchased rolled in breadcrumbs :)
Fry on both sides.
