Cooking
Defrost the fish, remove entrails and fins. Cut into slices thickness of about 1.5-2 cm. Then washed and put in layers in a bowl. Put a layer on top sprinkle with salt and pour lemon juice, another layer - again, salt and lemon juice - so until the end pieces. Leave to soak for 20-30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut onion into half rings
And prepare mayonnaise mixture. To do this, squeezing in a little bowl of mayonnaise. I took the one that was at hand, but if you have a mayonnaise with a taste of lemon will be better.
Pour in the mayonnaise a little salt, red pepper, vidalain juice with slice of lemon.
To this mixture, add boiled water. Mix well. The consistency should be watery, but not too much.
Meanwhile, the fish soaked in salt and lemon juice. Begin to put the pieces in a pan close to each other. I fit in 1 layer. If you fish more, you can be in 2 layers.
And pour all our mayonnaise mixture evenly. Cover with a lid and put in oven on 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
The fish is ready! The onion should remain a little crunchy and not cooked.
Garnish well suited mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
