Very tasty Arabic "cakes"=)

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    30 g

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Cheese

    3 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chopped onion and 2 minced cloves of garlic mix with the minced meat and fry

Give the meat to cool and mix it with chopped parsley,feta and finely sliced cheese.Add ground black pepper(more;)

In flour, add 50 grams butter and 50 grams of sunflower oil,add 5-6 tbsp of water and knead the dough.Leave it for 10 minutes
