Spicy mushroom roll
GENTLE, soft with a taste of Julien.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    0.333 cup

  • Nutmeg

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Filling: slice the mushrooms THINLY and finely, to extinguish under a cover in the oil. Then finely chop the green onion, fry lightly.

Add the flour, sour cream, salt, pepper, spices, mix well, beat until thick, like Julien.

[b]the DOUGH:[/b]melt butter in a frying pan, add the flour, fry until Golden brown.

A little cool, pour in the milk, quickly stir, bring to a boil.

Then put the grated cheese until it melts, stir.

Add the nutmeg and the egg yolks, salt, pepper.

And at the end of the dough separate the beaten egg whites.

Put the dough on the waxed tracing paper, flatten the dough, bake in the preheated oven.

At t= 180* 15-25 minutes.

FILLING: put baked with the opposite side(i.e. the bottom layer)wrapped in a roll, slathered with butter, sprinkled with sesame seeds, again in the oven until crisp.
