Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Water

    0.66 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    7 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    50 g

  • Greens

  • Spices

Boil potatoes in their skins, cool to warm, peel and mince. Mix with flour and salt.

Dissolve yeast in warm water with sugar. When the yeast tapenade, pour them into the flour mixture.
