Description

Traditional Scottish biscuits
Found this recipe not long ago on the website kuking. net. and all in any way hands did not reach. For its preparation we need rice flour (we do of course not). Today about an hour we Senoi were the millers :-) and what we got was so delicious and extremely tender, that our suffering was not in vain and we were rewarded with the pleasure :-) For the competition "Silver Line to the delight of the children"

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Rice flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    175 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Flavor

  • Salt

  • Powdered sugar

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
beat butter with sugar and cinnamon (vanilla). We did fork and was enough.
step-1
Flour rice mix with a glass of flour there, add a pinch of salt (salt is optional!). Now all this will add to the oil mixture and
step-2
in the future, adding more flour, make a soft elastic dough
step-3
will priyem surface with flour, roll out the layer of 0.5 cm (better to take the dough in small portions and not all at once). Now cut out figured cookies.
step-4
Put on the laid paper baking sheet, sprinkle with powdered sugar and notegive fork. Meanwhile the oven is warming up to 150gr. (electricity and gas 130gr). Bake our cookies for about 25 minutes.
step-5
You will see it slightly slightly roasted color. Let cool slightly on protiven and very carefully transfer to the dish ( I always put a napkin then it will moisten and cool)
step-6
Invite everyone to drink tea. The cookies turned out so tender and tasty that ... (tongue and don't know what else to say :-) )
step-7
The primary source offered to cook it a solid layer (about 50 min), and then very carefully cut into cookies, but we decided to make the cookies, then the baking time has decreased :-)and to shift more conveniently , and cutting was not necessary :-) Bon appetit!
step-8
P. S. on the site where the recipe was found in the reviews mentioned that had replaced the rice flour to wheat, a result of the usual shortbread. Rice gives your touch, your OGROMNYE advantages. I think rice flour is mandatory(!). Well, at least much work.
