My perfect biscuit
Simple, without any problems and the result is great! The cake turns out very airy, porous and dry. For the recipe thank you Irinka Amirova.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • White chocolate

    0.5 pack

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Take 5 eggs, add a Cup of sugar,

Whisk about 10 minutes until the mixture will increase in 4-5 times and will not air. Cool no mixer, so I adapted this (necessity is the mother of invention)

You can also cook and chocolate cake, half-full glass of sifted flour mixed with 2 tablespoons of cocoa ( so the total was 130gr) and add dark chocolate, dark sponge cake is slightly denser
