Cake
This fruit and nut cake I was taught to make mother-in-law. Favorite cake of my husband.

Ingredients

  • The cake

    3 piece

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Peanuts

    300 g

  • Mandarin

    5 piece

  • Kiwi

    1 piece

Prepare white cream. To do this, mix 1 Cup milk, 1 egg, 3/4 Cup sugar, 2 tbsp flour with the top. Put on low fire, stirring continuously, as soon as begins to thicken, remove from heat. Cool. Then beat with a mixer, gradually adding in the cream 200 g butter.

Prepare dark cream. To do this, mix 0.5 cups of milk, 1 egg, a little less than half a Cup of sugar, 1 tbsp flour with uppers and 2 tablespoons cocoa. Put on low fire, stirring continuously, as soon as begins to thicken, remove from heat. Cool. Then beat with a mixer, gradually adding cream 100 g butter.

Next, collect the cake. First Korzh grease light cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Lay the second cake, grease a dark cream, sprinkle with nuts.

To lay the third cake layer, pour over the whole cake with light cream. Marginalia sprinkled with chopped nuts.
