Cake
Yesterday my baby turned one year old, and I really wanted to make a SUN for MY SUN, especially given that the Windows dark and cold.. rain.. and we have here is sunshine: four gentle kefir-sour cream cake with raisins, chocolate, almonds and poppy seeds with lemon-orange impregnation... fragrant.. easy banana-chocolate mousse-cream... the rays of yoghurt.. fruit cake decorated with marzipan.. chocolate.. marmalade.. with fondant and silver balls sooooo big and delicious cake

  • Chocolate milk

  • Vanilla

  • Banana

  • Yogurt

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Lemon

    2.5 piece

  • Orange

    0.5 piece

  • Powdered sugar

1. all that is needed for every 2 puffs. supplements in puffs 3. for each of the donuts you need to mix: 1/2 Cup sour cream, 1/2 Cup of yogurt, 1 egg, 1 Cup flour, 1 Cup sugar, vanillin (on the tip of a knife), 0.5 CH. l. soda, slaked vinegar

First and then add the grated chocolate to the second Mac in the third - fourth raisins - chopped roasted almond (you will first need to remove the sandpaper, this should drop into a pan of boiling water to the colander with the almonds and boil for 2-3 minutes, remove, drop in cold water and remove skin)

Every chunk to put in a split mold (cover the bottom with paper and grease the sides with oil), bake in a preheated 200C oven for 40 minutes. cool to make a lemon-orange impregnation: peel the orange and lemon, udit bones and grind spread this mixture in each cake

To prepare the cake: mix the eggs with the sugar and margarine with a mixer. add the yogurt, flour, vanilla and baking powder with a mixer beat until smooth to spread in the long form, covered with baking paper and cook in a preheated 200C oven for 35 minutes (ready to check with a match). cool

Prepare cream: bananas peel and chop into a puree in hot (but not boiling!) cream to put slices of chocolate and stir until dissolved mix the chocolate mass with creamy banana puree, add the vanilla essence or 2 table. L. brandy (if the kids cake to eat I will:) ) put in the refrigerator

To make marzipan: 1. almond clear from the skins and grind into crumbs 2. mix powdered sugar, granulated sugar, almonds and lemon juice and dye 3. proteins vzbit in a solid foam, add to the elasticity in the almond-sugar mass protein 4. knead elastic dough, adding powdered sugar as necessary. to hide the film

Each cake fluff cream, except for the very top of the cupcake to cut out triangles-rays, cut each horizontally into two pieces and smear with cream the top is not spread to remove the cake in the fridge overnight to soak thoroughly

Evenly cover the cake with marzipan to make the eyes and mouth from sugar mastic and marmalade, to make your hair, eyelashes and eyebrows with chocolate
