Cooking
Preheat the oven to 200 C. wash Apples, cut each into 8 pieces, remove the core. Refractory form of grease lightly, spread apples, sprinkle with a little sugar and melted butter. Bake for 40 minutes (apples should be soft).
Fry the liver in the pan.
Onions cut into half rings. Remove the livers from the pan, add in the same oil the onion and fry until Golden. Shift the onions to the liver.
In the same pan add honey, wait until it is slightly caramelised, pour in the wine, wait until the alcohol is evaporated, add the vinegar, lemon juice and spices and boil slightly. Apples grind in a blender and add to sauce.
Add liver and onions to the sauce and boil for about 5 minutes.
