Cooking

step-0
Biscuit will beat into a soft mousse eggs with sugar for about 10 minutes.
step-1
Put in a water bath of honey, add baking soda, stir until the mixture will brighten and will increase in two times.
step-2
Add the hot honey into the eggs, whisk. Portions enter the flour, stirring gently from top to bottom. Bake in slow cooker for 80 minutes or in the oven at 180 °C until dry skewers. Get ready cake from the mold and let cool on wire rack.
step-3
Whisk curd with vanilla sugar. I have a Dr. Otker with natural vanilla. If the curd is very sour, you can add sugar to taste. The butter with the icing sugar, add the beaten curd and again beat until fluffy.
step-4
Cut the sponge cake in the middle. I did using the plates. Then the're scraping the spoon, leaving the edge of 1.5-2 cm
step-5
Here's what you should get. If you do not like dry biscuits, it is possible to impregnate the walls of syrup or sweet water.
step-6
Under the cake put plastic wrap. The cake spread jam (preferably sour) or cranberries/cranberries interrupting a blender with sugar.
step-7
On top of our butter cream. Don't worry, fat will not! Oil is not much, and you can use the butter of 72% fat content. On top of the cream, I still put a handful of cranberries. Wrap in cling film and put into the fridge to cool. Meanwhile, whisk the cream.
step-8
Cream using a pastry bag decorate the cake. And sprinkle with cranberries in the frosting. To this 30 ml water mixed with 15 gr. sugar, bring to boil, cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Syrup cool slightly. Berries (can be frozen) dipped in syrup portions and roll in sugar. Dry. You can enjoy!
