Very delicious and flavorful banana cake with creamy banana protein cream and soft meringue in a thin shortcrust pastry. Actually almost a cake without the hassle. Cooking
In a deep Cup put 1 egg, the vanilla, 2 tbsp sugar, margarine, baking powder and flour. knead elastic dough does not stick to hands, but not downtrodden. Pull pie out of the oven, spread with a spoon on top of the whites and to send for 5 minutes pie again in the oven.
