Italian chocolate dessert
Incredibly sweet, very chocolate, crazy chocolate dessert for a romantic dinner or a simple tea party. However, I think that in combination with coffee this miracle has a more refined taste. The preparation is so simple that can handle even a teenager, if he wants to shake and to win the most beautiful girl in the class.

Ingredients

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    400 g

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Liqueur

    4 Tbsp

  • Nuts

    50 g

  • Cookies

    50 g

  • Butter

To prepare the products. Pecans you can substitute walnuts. I did half portions.

Nuts and biscuits to place in the bowl of a blender, chop. In cream add broken pieces of chocolate.

Pour powdered sugar. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until almost boiling.

Then remove the skillet from the heat and continue stirring until the chocolate is completely dissolved and mixture becomes a thick, homogeneous, smooth and shiny.

Pour in the liqueur, stir and set aside.

Food film of grease and build it rectangular. Put half of nut mixture and flatten a bit to seal.

Then gently pour the slightly cooled chocolate-butter mass

Sprinkle the remaining walnut mixture and put into the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Ready chocolate dessert carefully remove from the mold beyond the edges of the film to put on the Board, remove the foil from the sides.
