Fried eggplant with minced meat
Summer is the best time for culinary experiments with vegetables. Eggplant with minced meat – a win-win combination. The dish of these two ingredients turn out hearty, tasty, simply prepared, quickly eaten. Do not even need the oven, all perfectly in the pan.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Eggplant cut diagonally. Sprinkle with salt, and after 10 minutes wash and dry.

In minced meat add chopped onion and garlic, egg, soy Teriyaki sauce TM "Kikkoman", (if necessary add salt), pepper to taste and add spices. Stuffing mix well.

On each slice of eggplant put the minced meat, pressed and formed tortilla.

Eggplant with minced meat from all sides, dip them in flour.

The remaining 2 eggs beat in a separate bowl and rabbanite with a fork, mixing the yolk with the protein and dip coated in flour the eggplant with minced meat in the egg.

In a pan heat the vegetable oil and fry eggplant with minced meat, first the meat down.

Then flip and fry on other side until done.

Serve hot for potatoes, steamed vegetables, pasta or cereals. It turns out very tasty, juicy and satisfying. Bon appetit!
