Vegetable garnish
When I recently put a recipe for hedgehogs, is not thought a side dish to them will cause such interest! I would put the independent side dish recipe, it was even said that it is a separate song! Well, then, sing!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    2 piece

  • Pepper green

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Spinach

    0.5 coup

  • Ginger

    1 slice

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Wash the vegetables, clean and dry. Chop the vegetables coarsely. Carrots – cubes, peppers and onions in a mushroom halves or quarters, depending on size. Ginger finely chop. Spinach rinse well, dry thoroughly and cut into large strips.

Heat the oil in a deep saucepan, but even better in a wok. Throw the ginger, then mushrooms. Fry to blush.

Put the carrots, sprinkle with sugar and stir, caramelizing.

Add remaining vegetables, and heat, stirring, for a few minutes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

Pour the soy sauce - it is out of place here sauce to wok. Add the spinach. Stir, heat another minute until the subsidence of the spinach and remove from heat.
