Pumpkin-oatmeal cookies
Soft, fragrant! This is a useful cookies a perfect autumn treat. It is easy to make, it's moist, delicious!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    240 g

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Honey

    45 g

  • Oat flakes

    120 g

  • Nuts

    35 g

  • Flax seeds

    30 g

  • Spices

    0.75 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Prepare the necessary products. For cookies I used the flakes Hercules traditional from the Mistral.

The pumpkin I baked, banana cleaned and coarsely cut.

Added to the banana with the pumpkin, salt and spices-0,75 teaspoon of honey (can be less). Porirua blender. (I make a mixture specie itself. Mix Ground ginger, ground nutmeg, ground Cinnamon, black Pepper, ground allspice, Cloves - 1 teaspoon store in a small container).
