Sift flour, add salt.

You can make one large strudel, I made them in small portions, cut the dough into small rectangles. Generously proportioned dough for the filling, not reaching the edges of 1.5-2 cm
Turn rectangles of rolls, just with tucked edges on the sides.
Lay out the strudel on a baking tray lined with paper or silicone Mat, just a little on top grease with vegetable oil using a brush and sprinkle with Provencal herbs and sesame seeds.
