step-0
Calculation of products on the form in diameter 18-20 cm. I use a glass 250 ml. Prepare the filling: fresh figs are cleaned from the skin and seed, cut into medium-sized pieces; fresh figs cut into 6-8 pieces. All should get 1 Cup of fresh fruit, to which add a quarter Cup of sugar (to taste sugar to decrease) and 150 ml of cream. Bring to simmer to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes. Stirring constantly, add the filling 1 tbsp corn starch, diluted in small amount of water, cook for a minute until thick. The filling must be cooled down. I think you can substitute dried dates and figs (itself did not try). Also, instead of dates and figs can safely take cherries or cherry (or any favorite fruit/berries, which are combined with cream.
step-1
Prepare the dough. Butter room temperature beat with 0.5 cups of sugar. Add 2 eggs.
step-2
Re-whisk. Add 50 ml of cream. Separately mix the flour, vanilla and baking powder (a leavening agent).
step-3
Gradually introduce the flour, kneading the dough.
step-4
The dough will be very soft and manageable.
step-5
Forming the bottom half of the pie dough.
step-6
Evenly spread the filling and gently place the top circle from the remaining half of the dough, carefully zasypnoj the edges of the cake. Will nicolem the top of the cake with a fork, send the cake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes, or until bright orange color (depending on your oven).
step-7
Wait until the cake cool, before removing from the mold.
step-8
This homemade pie creates a very cozy, warm, intimate atmosphere. Fragrant and tasty, it will please your family and friends for long-awaited Sunday conversation at the table. Bon appetit!
