Cooking
Rice and lentils are well rinsed.
Peel the onion and finely chop.
Tomatoes peel and seeds, cut into small cubes.
Onions fry in a small quantity of rust. oil.
Add the tomatoes, a little put out together.
Add the lentils, rice, and stir fry 5 minutes.
Pour in the stock and cook over moderate heat until the lentils are tender, about 20-30 minutes.
As the lentils are ready, remove from heat, thoroughly grind all the immersion blender, again put on fire and bring the soup to a boil (if it is too thick, you can dilute with boiled water/broth to desired consistency). Ready soup season with seasonings to taste.
Serve with lemon juice and croutons.
