Cooking
Prepare the chocolate filling. I take 4 slices of chocolate, you can do more. Add the butter and put in the microwave on defrost for a few minutes. Or in a water bath to melt.
Then add cream and sugar, if the chocolate is bitter.
Mix well and leave until thick.
Now prepare the pumpkin. Cut cubes, add sugar and cover with water. Bring to boil and on low heat cook until soft.
The pumpkin drain in a sieve to brew the completely stack. Let cool slightly and add gelatin. Stir well and again warm, not boiling, until dissolved.
The pumpkin crushed with a blender into a homogeneous mixture. Sorry for the blurry photo, but it happened because of a couple... Pour the broth with gelatin, add the vanilla sugar and mix well.
Take the silicone molds. With them easier to work with. Put them to half the pumpkin jelly.
At the top in the middle, spread a little chocolate filling. Stuffing can take any. We just love chocolate...
And top to close the remaining jello... Put in the fridge for 12 hours to cool down.
Jelly easily out of the molds... It's bright and beautiful...
And here is the chocolate filling... Very tasty! Impossible to refuse such a jelly... Bon appetit!
