Rice-orange candy “from Paradise Mistral”

  • Brown sugar

    1.5 cup

  • Orange

1)Figure “Mistral”- Kuban rinse well to tenderize to a viscous consistency.

2) RUB through a sieve.

3)Make juice out of orange.

4) orange juice add sugar universal brown “Mistral”- 1/2 Cup.

5) gradually add when cooking 1 Cup of sugar until you get thick syrup.

6)Add the pureed rice to warm over low heat, stirring, until the mixture thickens and begins to move away from the walls.

7)Fruit-rice mass cool slightly and put into a silicone form for ice, are pre-lubricated with oil. Put in the refrigerator for a day, then carefully remove from the mold. Enjoy your tea!!!
