Panzerotti or Italian pie for get-togethers in the fall
Recently tried a delicious Italian panzerotti and, in my opinion, this is a wonderful dish for autumn. The combination of salami and pumpkin puree is very good. It's a real taste of autumn in Italy. Take a look and try it!

Add sour cream mixed with the egg yolks and all remaining dough ingredients and knead. Wrap the dough in parchment paper or cellophane, put in the fridge for 20 minutes and use for pizza. It is possible to freeze.
