Christmas cookies
I want to share the cookie recipe "Cones". This is one of the recipes which is a must on our new year holiday. The cookies cooked for very many years, always turns out delicious and everybody likes. You can prepare and present as a gift when I go to visit. Help yourself to health!!!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Butter

    320 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Walnuts

    250 g

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

The first thing put to boil condensed milk. In a saucepan, pour the water to the Bank was completely submerged, bring to a boil and cook for exactly 40 minutes. Turn off the gas, drain the water, leave the jar to cool. In no case do not try immediately to open.

Prepare the dough. In a container, where we will knead the dough, pour sugar, put the diced butter at room temperature, add the cream and a pinch of salt. Stir it carefully. I do it with a mixer. Add gradually flour and knead the dough. The dough should be cool. I always do this by eye, because the sour cream can sometimes be more liquid or flour is different. But since I already decided to put the recipe, then took the bag of flour in 1 kg. of Kneaded the dough, and then weighed, how long I have left. It took me about 500 g

Divide the dough into three parts, wrap each part in cling film and put in the freezer for 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, take out one portion of dough and grate it on a coarse grater. I'm doing this directly on the baking sheet, covered with baking paper. Distribute the grated dough evenly over the baking sheet and send in a preheated 180°C oven to bake for 10-15 minutes until Golden brown (watch your oven). Take out of oven and put into a bowl without worrying about breaking it or not, because we still do it in the end chop. So bake all of the dough.

Grind the baked dough is in large crumbles, I do it with the help of hammer for meat. Gently grind, but not to dust, let them be the same pieces, so delicious. Walnuts, previously dried in a pan or in the oven, I was crushed with a rolling pin, since the nut must also be quite krupenkin. Almost the same size pieces of cookies. In this case, I didn't have walnuts at home and I made cookies with peanuts, just to show the whole process. Tasty and so and so. Peanuts, I broke the blender, because with a rolling pin harder to do it. Melt the butter and combine with the already cooled milk. Add a spoonful of brandy. Mix it all together. The stuffing is ready.

The mass obtained is sticky and ready for shaping cones. For the formation of the cones use a glass. Prepare a bowl of water into which we dip our Cup. Dipped a glass into the water, filled it with cookies, stamped.

Then turn over and shakes out the shot glasses. Need some skill, so to start, empty cookies on hand to casually drink not to break a dish and not get hurt. Thus do with all the dough. Our cones are ready. The final touch is a sprinkle of powdered sugar and "bumps" in the snow ready. I usually cook in the evening and in the morning it is already possible to eat them. Cookies are somehow a little "cemented" and not falling apart in his hands.

And you can simply prepare cookies in different shapes and timing for the different holidays, St. Valentine, 8 March, Easter... then no need to wait for the Christmas holidays, to eat such a beautiful cookie.
