Cooking
In warm milk dissolve the yeast and teaspoon of sugar. Leave to ferment.
Meanwhile, melt the margarine for baking.
Beat with a mixer eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.
When the yeast in the milk slightly come, add to the melted margarine, whipped with sugar eggs, and 1 Cup seeded flour. Gently stir until smooth and leave in a warm place to rise.
The dough should increase in size twice.
Now again add the sifted flour (0.5 kg) and knead the dough on the thick as for pancakes. Leave in a warm place to rise.
Meanwhile, wash and soak in warm water the dried apricots, water drain and cut into small pieces.
When the dough will increase in volume twice, you can add the flour and knead the dough. I have in total took 1.5 kg of flour. The dough should be soft and pliable.
Grease hands with vegetable oil so the dough does not stick to hands. Vmese to the dough dried apricots.
Molds for cakes grease with vegetable oil. Hands forming a ball of dough and put in shape. The volume of the dough should take 1/3 of the form. Leave the dough to rise a bit. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, put in to bake. I have the cakes baked in 30 minutes. Be guided by your oven, but during baking the oven door is better not to open.
Take out from the oven, let it rest and take out of shape. Grease glaze (beat the egg whites with powdered sugar) and sprinkle the Easter decorations.
I have some dough and I baked another small buns.
But in the context. The dough is not dry, slightly moist. Very tasty!
