First, you need to clean the almonds from the husk, to do this, boil water in a saucepan and add the nuts. The nuts should be boiled in water for a few minutes, then allow to cool. The water from the nuts (it will turn dark brown) is not drained, cleaned nuts needed to be put back in the water, so that the nuts are tinted, about 15 minutes.

Make the dough. In a bowl put all the ingredients: sesame seeds, ground almonds, olive oil, sugar, yeast, flour.

Add as much flour until the dough becomes elastic and will not stick to hands. Cover the dough with film and leave it to come on 30 min.
After the dough came, roll it and cut out biscuits of different shapes. Tip: if you like crispy cookies, like a cracker, roll the dough out thinner if you prefer a gentle and soft cookie, the thickness of the dough should be not less than 1 cm. u should put it inside the cookie, a slice of chocolate. Lay cookies on parchment and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes
Cookies need to get out of the oven as soon as it becomes slightly brown. Lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar, I decorated the cookies with melted chocolate. It turns out cookies are not cloyingly sweet, but very tasty, tender and so flavorful - very unusual. Invite for tea!
