And the air is different - more chewy... in the Fall I want to go to the forest to walk around it, listening to rustling underfoot fallen leaves as the wind blows in the tops of trees like the call of the birds flying only they know where... And if a friend on the street bad weather - no problem! You can enable the good old Soviet movie, hide rug and enjoy the sound of rain outside the window, good tea and piece of delicious cake...

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Vanilla

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Drain

  • Brown sugar

    100 g

  • Rum

    2 tsp

  • Coconut shavings

    60 g

So, the dough. Mix until cream butter, vanilla, eggs and sugar. Connect the flour with the baking powder and gradually mix with butter mix. A baking sheet to put baking paper. Spread the resulting dough on a baking sheet.

From plums remove the seeds, cut into small pieces (about medium plum into 4 parts). Plum sprinkle a little brown sugar.

Well, beat egg whites with salt and vanilla, gradually adding the brown sugar and rum. When proteins should be well beaten (to stable peaks), gently mix in the plums and coconut (leave some for decoration).

Apply a protein-fruit mass on the dough, sprinkle with coconut and put the pie in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
