Plums baked with bacon
Found this recipe on the Internet. And this is an unusual combination intrigued me. Decided - did. The dish was very interesting and... tasty. A little sour plums and toasty bacon gave each other a very tasty combination. My family also loved it.

So, everything is very easy and simple. At first my plums and remove pits. Then stuff them with cream cheese. In cheese I did not add, and so I liked it.

Then take strips of bacon, wrap them plum and secure with toothpicks. I for one sink had the same stripes of bacon, but if bacon strips are small we can take two. Prepared plum put in a fireproof dish, greased with sunflower oil (a little bit).

Put in the oven at 180-200*C. Time depends on the oven, I had plums for about 20-25 minutes. Here plums should be grilled, but... in any case not to spread, and bacon should be lightly browned.

If desired, garnish with greens. On the table hot!!! And be sure to eat only as in the photo, ie all together: drain the bacon and cheese. Only then will be felt the taste of this dish. And individually - it's just baked plum and bacon.
