Personally, I overseas delicacies will never replace our Russian potatoes with meat jelly and horseradish. But what a pity that many favorite foods on the holiday table do not look very aesthetically pleasing. But there is a solution - a canape!!!

The amount of ingredients depends on your desires and number of guests. Bread cut into slices, remove crust and soak grenadera.
Jelly cut to match the size of bread
Collect canapes: bread missed granaderos, jelly, slice potatoes arbitrary shape.
Thinly slice cucumbers, stick a skewer or a toothpick into the canopy and strung on a skewer a pickle in the shape of a sail. When serving, optionally garnish the dish with granaderos or put khrenodyor in a bowl.
