Salted salmon
Very delicious fish sandwiches. I like to use as a filling for pancakes.

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salmon

    500 g

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

Cooking

Fish fillets wash, RUB with salt and sugar, cover with a bowl. Put in the fridge for a day.

Fillet rinse with cold water, cut into pieces.

Chop the dill, mix with vegetable oil and RUB the fish. Bon appetit!
