Cooking
Such products are always in Your fridge. Beets and carrots to clean.
Grate and put in a thick-walled pot with a tight lid. Add very little water so the vegetables don't burn, cover with a lid and put on a small fire. Simmer on very low heat for 20 minutes. Open the lid, pour a handful of frozen berries, cover and turn off the heat. Let stand for 10 minutes.
The cooled vegetables and season with yogurt. Sugar is not required, since the beets, carrots, and sweet yogurt. But a sweet tooth can add quite a bit of sugar. Optionally, you can add the lemon juice and zest.
