Zrazy beet
I invite You to try another one of my favourite recipe. It is beet pancakes with a filling of mushroom pseudo-Julien. A delicious meatless dish, however, can be cooked with any stuffing, whether vegetable mushrooms, or cheese with herbs.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Figure

  • Buckwheat

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Prepare beets. Wrap it in foil. And bake in a hot oven until tender, about 40 minutes. Cool. Peel and grate on a fine grater.

In today's dish I have rice in the stuffing and buckwheat on the side. The rice I got "Jasmine", as it only takes 15 mins Buckwheat from TM "Mistral" bags is preparing too long - 20min. We throw the bags in boiling water. Cook on medium heat until tender.

To the grated beets, add chopped onion, semolina and salt, pepper. Knead well, leave to stand to semolina swollen.

Prepare the filling. In heated pan with olive oil fry the finely chopped mushrooms with onions. Don't worry if You get lots of toppings. Part will go to the buckwheat.

The rice is cooked. Take about half tea bags and combine in a blender with a half of mushrooms (about 3 tbsp. of mushroom). Grind until smooth, adding if necessary, olive oil. This is a "pseudo-Julien" - the filling for the meatballs.

A hand lightly sprinkle with flour and molding lepeshechki from the beet meat. Put the filling. Zasiyaet region, forming patties. As a filling you can use spinach, cheese, cottage cheese, greens, and even meat or fish. But with mushrooms very tasty.

Fry the cutlets briefly on each side. 1 large beet I got 5 of the meatball.

Ready buckwheat added leftover fried mushrooms with onions. And served on a side dish to pork chops.
