Cooking
Prepare the ingredients: 1. Pork cut into small pieces. To the pork add the chopped onions, one and a half tablespoons of vegetable oil (I used a mix of sunflower and olive "IDEAL"), salt to taste and black pepper (I added a mixture of peppers). Mix well. 2. Peel and cut into small cubes potatoes (you can use a special grater). 3. Grate cheese. 4. Chop the herbs (I had cilantro + dill)
Pots rinse with cold water, and even better to put the pots in a wide pan or bowl and cover them with water, leaving for 10-15 minutes. After the pots are not dry. According to prepared pots lay pork on top of the potatoes, a little salt. Into each pot add 1/2 teaspoon of butter (to melt is not necessary). Sprinkle with cheese.
To make the sauce. To do this in a separate pan mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, milk and herbs. Put on the stove, bring the sauce to a boil. Pour the sauce over the contents of the pots. PS if You have a negative attitude towards mayonnaise, replace it entirely with sour cream
To put pots in the oven (preheat is NOT necessary!!!). Pots better to install on a baking sheet. Cover the pots with lids. Turn the oven to 180-200 degrees. Cook approximately 40 minutes (depends on oven) for 10-15 minutes before end of cooking remove the lid.
Pork roast with potatoes in the sauce ready. Note: hot pots cannot be placed on a wet or cold surface, otherwise the pots may crack. So, how come out of the oven, let the pots barely stand up at the same protivene, which was preparing.
