On the website there are three recipe kedgeree. I carefully studied them. They are all very interesting and all worthy of attention. However, the recipe that I still took the risk to offer you, different from them, and composition and technology of cooking. I saw this recipe in the magazine "School of Gastronome" and he drew my attention by its simplicity and uncluttered ingredients and spices. Recipes kedgeree set. It is prepared not only with smoked cod or haddock but also salmon. Initially, kedgeree cooked and ate for Breakfast. However, the dish is quite rich, much more rich than can afford modern man for Breakfast. But this is a great, hearty and incredibly tasty dinner. The dish is prepared very easily and quickly.

Cooking
To prepare food, not so much.
The rice thoroughly washed, soaked in a large quantity of cold water for 30 minutes
Onions clean, chop and fry in a saucepan with a thick bottom in hot vegetable oil.
Add the rice and fry for 1 minute.
Then pour 500 ml boiling water, bring to a boil.
Put in a saucepan with the rice pieces of salmon fillets and cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Once flip.
Then remove the fish on a plate.
Rice, season with salt and pepper and leave to simmer on heat for another 10 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed. Meanwhile boil eggs and clean. Fish disassembled into pieces. Parsley cut.
In cooked rice add the fish and parsley, mix gently.
Put kedgeree on a hot dish, spread rice on half of the eggs and sprinkle with paprika powder.
