Description
Carrot contains many vitamins, but not all the kids love her. I have my children make these candies, and they are happy to eat them.

Cooking
1.Carrots grind in a blender or RUB on a small grater.
2.Add the granulated sugar.
3.Cook over low heat to form a slurry. At the end of cooking desired, you can add lemon zest or cinnamon.
5.A little cool, so hands are not burned, roll into balls of desired size and roll them in powdered sugar.
