Description
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Inessa called "Finnish berry soup" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". The intriguing title of "Finnish berry soup" is nothing like the familiar to all from childhood jelly. In this variation it is improved by the addition of wine, spices and whipped cream.

Cooking
Some beautiful berries select for decoration. If you are using frozen berries, put them in a pot, cover with water (leave half a glass of water for cultivation of starch) and bring to a boil. Then add sugar, cinnamon powder and wine and cook for 5 minutes on low heat. If you use fresh berries, then immediately mix them with water and wine, add sugar and cinnamon. After boiling, simmer for 5 - 10 minutes, until berries are soft. I made the soup with strawberries. In my opinion, the strawberry was more vanilla than cinnamon. And yet, it seemed to me, not enough sugar. It's safe to take twice.
Remove from heat and using a blender turn the soup into a puree.
Starch dissolve in a little water. Soup back on the heat and pour in a thin stream starch, constantly stirring the soup. Cook for a few minutes until thick. Leave the soup to cool completely, then store in the refrigerator and cool off.
Pour into glasses or bowls kremanku.
Garnish with whipped cream and whole berries.
