Cooking
Melt the butter. In a bowl lightly mix with a spoon the eggs with the sugar, don't whip, and coconut dough will not hold shape. Add coconut, melted butter, lime zest and liqueur. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes to coconut a little swollen.
