Delicate Apple tart with caramel filling and sweet sprinkles.

Cooking
Prepare the yeast "Khrushchev" (ageless) the dough: mix the yeast with salt, add sugar, milk, soft butter and knead everything with the flour until elastic consistency to the dough to easily come off from the hands. Then store it in the fridge for 4 hours (at night).
Apples to grate on a coarse grater and squeeze the juice.
Roll out dough and put on top of the caramel filling and apples.
Twist the dough with filling into a log and cut into pieces.
Put the pieces in a greased form and leave little time for.
Prepare the coating: 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon sugar and 3 tablespoons of flour to grind into crumbs.
Sprinkle cake crumbs, coat with beaten egg, and put it in to bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees until ready.
