  • Eggplant

  • Chicken breast

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Boil chicken fillet. Eggplant cut into slices, and soak for 10 minutes. Then roll in flour and fry on both sides. Pepper grind in a blender.
