This dish is pretty hearty, this salad can be eaten as a full meal. Most importantly — tasty.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Onion

    0.333 piece

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Offal

    60 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yogurt

  • Yogurt

Cooking

Salad shinkuem cabbage,

hard cheese cut into cubes

Apple also cut into cubes.

A little onion.

Smoked meat cut into cubes.

The eggs boil, chop and add to other ingredients.

As always add salt and pepper to taste and tuck in... don't look too hard for me ... :) kefir and yogurt. Light sweet note gives the salad tenderness.
