Air cellophane with mushrooms and celery
This is a very delicate, airy salad. Even those who are afraid of celery (root) for its taste and flavour - the salad can be like. All components of the salad are perfectly combined ("married"), creating a surprisingly delicate flavor that celery is almost not felt. And mushrooms this band make its natural fragrant note.

Ingredients

  • Celery root

  • Carrots

Boil the kettle with water. Pour the boiling water into the pan, add 1 tbsp oil and put ½ bunch rice vermiceli (pictured a whole bunch). Close the lid and leave to steam for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

On a grater for Korean carrot (shredded) to grate the celery,

carrots. To postpone some celery and carrots for decoration.

Mushrooms (I took frozen) and rinse with warm water so they are slightly thawed.

chopped (not very finely). Don't be afraid of garlic will not be a lot, because it is fried and there is only a delicate flavor.

Heat a small pan, add olive oil (preferably olive, as it makes its familiar component in this bouquet) and on medium heat fry the garlic,

add grated carrot, mix quickly, add the mushrooms with juice (if frozen), mix,

add immediately the grated celery.

Again quickly to mix. It may seem at first that celery too much but it is just a couple of minutes uvarivaetsja. Over medium heat sauté for 2-3 minutes. The indicator of the readiness of the carrots and celery have become more tender, but still crunch, so to speak, "al dento". If you give them a limp - not so good. Immediately remove from heat, season with a Little salt (soy sauce will add salt).

Rice noodles, discard in a sieve, to give a little to drain the water.

Put the noodles into a bowl in which we mix the ingredients.

Add fry vegetables with mushrooms. In a Cup mix 2 tbsp soy sauce 0.5 tsp. of vinegar, pour the salad and mix gently. Here we have turned gentle and familiar warm salad. If a little stand in refrigerator - will also be in a very delicious way.

Pour into a bowl slide, garnish with strips of fresh celery and grated carrots. Delicious to eat with chopsticks. Can be served both warm and cold. BON APPETIT!
