The stuffing is best to prepare yourself. Onion, soaked and squeezed bread mince meat (you can use a ready-made stuffing). Meat is fine ground while it is frozen. It is not pressed through a meat grinder, and it comes out perfect "sausages". And the grinder remains practically clean, without a hint of the film or anything else. Received minced salt, pepper and add your favorite spices.
