Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 kg

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Green peas

    400 g

  • Salt

    10 g

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Boil the potatoes until tender. Salt to taste.

Drain off the water. Make puree.

Add the cream cheese. Stir.

Add the vegetables. Stir.

Grease the form of vegetable oil. Spread the potatoes in shape. Align. I do it by hand. Often moistened hand under cold water.
