Cookies
Light, airy, crispy cookies... Recipe taken from the magazine "Lisa. Bon appetit"

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    2 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

Egg whites whipped with sugar until strong foam. Sift the flour and gently mix with the protein.

Melt the butter and add to the protein mass.
