The appetizer of beets with wasabi mayonnaise
Beetroot with mayonnaise and garlic - a classic, known to many from childhood. At the time of my childhood the times of the USSR this appetizer was on the table for all holidays. I want to offer you a more sophisticated version of this snack.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Wasabi

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Pine nuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

Take beets of medium size and cook it until tender. I went on duty at the canteen in the unit, my chef taught a quick method of cooking beets. Beets a good wash, fill with cold water so that it completely covered her, bring to the boil. After it is boiling, boil 30 minutes, drain off water and put under running cold water for 15 minutes. Temperature drop brings the beets until tender. Ready beets are easy to clean, simply turning the rind between your hands.

Prepare the dressing. Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, Kikkoman, wasabi, squeeze out the garlic. Mix well.
