This cake was prepared for us with my mother on March 8, my dad. My dad was a man far from the kitchen, distant as the sun from the earth. We were so excited, because I knew that dad really wanted to make it good. And now, seeing these colorful waffles on the counter of the supermarket, I just could not pass up. Not seen them on sale a very long time. So long that it's become quite an adult. This is a cake from my childhood. Put simply to share with you my recollection. The memory of one perfect day. You know, I never thought that you can close your eyes and feel small when dad is around...

1. So, we take two packages ready waffle cakes.
2. In a mixer, beat until white butter. Tentatively pulling it out of the fridge so it is a little softened. When the oil turns white and becomes lush, we pour it in a bowl, where it whipped a can of condensed milk and vanilla.
3. Whisk until mixture becomes fluffy. The more you mix, the whiter and thicker the cream becomes. To be honest, while I haven't spotted, but no less than 5-7 minutes. You will see that the mass of viscous becomes easy. The cream completely changes the structure.
4. On the cake spread about 2 tablespoons cream. WITHOUT FANATICISM!. Cream, if you don't put more than 2 tablespoons, enough and this is enough, the cake will not dry. Most importantly it is good to distribute it. 1 or 2 layers and spread SOUR jam or marmalade. Acidity gives a special chic, and the cake is not cloying.
To soak the cake a few hours, at least 4 is desirable. And that's all. It now remains only to pour myself a Cup of hot tea, cut into pieces cake and enjoy.
