This dessert is perhaps the favorite in our family. Not cloying, with a mild taste of cheese, but absolutely no grains, which many do not like this product. So.. first you need to soak the gelatine. If so specified in the instructions. I had specified. According to MY instructions, 1 tablespoon of gelatin per Cup of milk. Leave to swell.
Meanwhile, RUB the cottage cheese with a mixer with the softened butter. A few words about cheese. It needs to be very soft as curd, only savory.
