Salad with herring and beetroot with orange sauce
An interesting combination of familiar products

Ingredients

  • Herring

    1 piece

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

Cooking

Clean the herring from the skin and bones and cut the fillet slices obtained. Beets boil, cool and clean. Cut the beet slices and pour half of vegetable oil.

From orange squeeze juice, mix with sugar and evaporate the mixture by half. Add the juice of the remaining oil and mix well. Put on a plate slices of beets. Then put the pieces of herring and onion rings.

Pour the orange sauce and garnish with fresh herbs.
