Description
Pie with apples, coconut and a subtle hint of pineapple, very tender and juicy, and the added spices enhance the taste and flavor of the cake. It's impossible not to eat a few extra pieces.

Apples peel, finely chop, mix with the pineapple, sprinkle with lemon juice and stir.

I take candied fruit, dried coconut cubes, and then was milled in a blender until very fine crumbs. It seems to me that the coconut gives more taste. Put the dough in shape and bake in pre-heated oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
