Apple pie with coconut
Pie with apples, coconut and a subtle hint of pineapple, very tender and juicy, and the added spices enhance the taste and flavor of the cake. It's impossible not to eat a few extra pieces.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Pineapple

    2 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    100 g

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    75 ml

Pineapples cut.

Apples peel, finely chop, mix with the pineapple, sprinkle with lemon juice and stir.

Margarine vzbit with sugar. Add the egg, knead until smooth.

Add the yoghurt. Knead.

Coconut grind in a coffee grinder or blender. Put 2 tbsp. spoons to fill the rest add to the dough. You can use coconut. I take candied fruit, dried coconut cubes, and then was milled in a blender until very fine crumbs. It seems to me that the coconut gives more taste. Ideally, of course fresh, but messing with him was not time.

Then add spices, vanilla, sifted flour with baking powder and knead the dough. Add to the dough chopped fruit, stir with a spoon.

Put the dough in shape and bake in pre-heated oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
